Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and promptly update details that change. You are responsible for activity through your account. One person may not impersonate another, misrepresent age or identity, evade a suspension, or sell or transfer an account.

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, scam, discriminate against, pressure, or sexually coerce another person. Do not share unlawful or non-consensual content, evade blocks, scrape profiles, manipulate service limits, interfere with security, or use Hawas.Social for commercial solicitation. The Community Guidelines form part of these terms.

You remain responsible for content you submit and confirm that you have the right to use it. You grant Hawas.Social a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, moderate, and display that content only as needed to operate, improve, and protect the service. You can remove ordinary profile content, subject to lawful safety and record-retention needs.

Personal contact details are restricted in protected content so conversations can remain inside the platform. Do not attempt to bypass these protections. Exact locations are never intended for member display; use only broad public venue information when planning a meetup.

A match, recommendation, distance estimate, or verification badge is not an endorsement or guarantee. Real-world meetings are optional and involve personal judgment. Meet in a busy public place, tell someone you trust, arrange independent transport, protect your belongings, and leave if you feel uncomfortable.

Free features have usage limits shown within the service. Hawas Pro currently costs ₹99 for 30 days and is activated after manual review of the submitted payment evidence. Pro access is personal, non-transferable, and may be delayed while a request is checked. Current benefits and limits are shown on the Pro page and may change with reasonable notice.

Hawas.Social may review content and activity and may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or enforcement. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal. You may request deletion from Settings.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. Features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. You remain responsible for your decisions, conversations, and real-world meetings. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. The applicable operator details, governing law, and dispute forum depend on the final commercial structure and applicable mandatory law. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
